KOTA KINABALU (Sept 5): The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) has urged the State Government to relax the criteria for Sabah – Malaysia My Second Home (SMM2H) applicants. Its president, Datuk Sr Chua Soon Ping, said the criteria should be minimal and relaxed to attract foreign investors to apply for the programme.
