SANDAKAN: Four fruit and vegetable traders in town were fined for using uncertified spring balance scales. They were penalised during an inspection conducted by a team from the Sandakan branch of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN), led by its Chief Enforcement Officer Azdy Zukkry John, at the Fruits and Vegetables Night Market.
